Learning what to do is only the beginning

 When something is new, I'll explain it clearly and give you the support you need to get started.

 I'll encourage you to think about what you're seeing, what could happen next and what choices you have. 

We won't just move on. We'll look at what happened, why it happened and what you could try differently next time. 

 As your skills develop, I'll step back and you'll take more responsibility for planning and making decisions.

 You'll always know how you're progressing, what you're doing well and what still needs work.

As your confidence grows, I'll give you more space to handle situations for yourself, so you're ready to drive without me beside you.
